Meet Hudson, our sourdough starter. This packet consists of Hudson Oven's very own sourdough starter named Hudson. We dehydrate it and blend it with freshly milled NY state Flour so all you have to do is add water to jumpstart the process of growing your own starter at home. This poduct reduces the time it takes to make a starter from scratch by 50%.
 
You will want to purchase a bag of your own flour before activating this mix so you have something to feed the starter as it matures. We recomend mixing All Purpose and Whole Wheat for a nutritious blend to keep your starter happy.
